WeMust

is the unified service platform for the University Smart Campus at Macau University of Science and Technology (M.U.S.T.). It is accessible via a web browser or the dedicated mobile application (WeMust APP) that runs on iOS and Android. The service platform assembles more than 100 micro-services, each focused on resolving one aspect of university life for teachers, students, and staff.

The Smart Space APP helps students find empty classrooms and meeting rooms for study, discussion; the Smart Borrowing APP allows students to perform self-service book borrowing directly through their phones; the Smart Check-in assists teachers with mobile phone registrations for attendance; the Smart Locker APP offers over 1100 electronic lockers around all campus available for student; the Smart Customer Service APP provides real-time online answers to all student queries; the Smart Access Control APP allows students to enter their dormitories by scanning a code with their phones; the Smart Payment APP can be used for electronic payments at any restaurant or store on campus; the Smart Landline APP enables the reception of incoming calls on multiple platforms simultaneously; the Smart Maintenance APP provides convenient operations for smart campus management.

The microservices design makes WeMust a really adaptative tool that could be gradually adopted by other institutions that would deploy only the services they need at any moment of adoption and evolve according to their necessities.
