The 2023 Annual Work Summary Meeting of ITDO

    On January 10, 2024, the Information Technology Development Office (ITDO) of Macau University of Science and Technology successfully held the 2023 Annual Work Summary Meeting in the N416 conference room. The achievements and progress of the past year were comprehensively summarized at this meeting, and specific goals and guidelines were also put forward for the work in 2024.

    In her New Year's address, Ms. Zhao Xichen, Director of ITDO, expressed her heartfelt thanks to the team, acknowledging everyone's hard work over the past year. She also looked forward to the new year with great anticipation, showing immense confidence in the year to come.

In 2023, some new staffs have joined to our team. Their arrival has injected fresh energy into the team, bringing greater passion. They briefly introduced themselves and shared their stories, demonstrating a strong interest and passion for the construction of the smart campus at the Macau University of Science and Technology.

    The meeting thoroughly reviewed the progress and achievements made in the past year across various work streams, including administrative and support tasks, information infrastructure work, network management, architecture and operations, system development, demand and data analysis, as well as new media promotion efforts; it discussed the positive advancements the department made last year in enhancing service efficiency, managing project capabilities, and driving technological innovation. To achieve higher goals in the new year, we have put forward a new year work plan, which focuses on deploying advanced technologies, improving service quality, strengthening team cohesion, and promoting the professional development of each member.

    We look forward to 2024 with full confidence, ready to join hands to face new challenges. With greater passion and vitality, we march towards the new year!
